Hello everybody,
the Garmin Dive app in my Samsung Note 20 Ultra can't see my new Mk2S and so I cannot successfully complete pairing. Could anyone help me?
Please note:
- both Note 20 and Garmin Dive are updated to the last software version
- I never had problems in pairing Garmin smartwatch with this Note 20 Ultra (Fenix7, Epix, Fenix5, Vivo2 and Approach S62 already paired)
- Thinking there were too many smartwatch paired, I tried to remove some of them but nothing changed and the pairing to Mk2S still failed
- No problems in the Mk2S because I tried to pair to a friend Samsung S20+ Garmin Dive and everything was fine
- Trying to solve the problem in a different way, I successfully paired Mk2s and Samsung Note 20 Ultra in the smartphone general settings but the Garmin Dive couldn't still see the Mk2S.
I don't know what to do anymore.
Any suggestion?
