Short version,,,,
I cant log on to garmin connect mobile ios app (iphone5 up-to-date software)

Longer version,,,,,
Recently bought vivosmart band. Downloaded, created account and Connected and synced.
No problems. All working well. For 4 days.
Then it stopped sync'ing.
So i tried doing several things, re-pairing, logging off/on, deleting app and re-installing it. Re-starting phone.

Now I cannot log onto garmin connect mobile app on the iphone. At all.
I can log on via the garmin connect app on ipad (and it pairs fine with the band and loads data), and via the connect website. So the account seems to be working fine. Just the app on the iphone5.

Any ideas on what I can do?

    Same problem

    I am having the same issue ... have not been able to sync or connect to the app since Sept. 9

    Because it is an issue with logging in to the cannect mobile app, Garmin advised me to try and....

    delete app.
    clear browser (Safari) cache.
    re-start phone.
    re-install app.

    This hasn't worked for me, but it might do for somebody else.

    As it didnt work for me, Garmin have now advised me to go to my network provider and get a solution from them.......
    Is this 'passing the buck?' Or a genuine suggestion that this may help??
