Well there you go. I wish they'd been there when I was having issues with my footpod and chest strap.
Not sure what you mean by 'wish they'd been there ...', that page isn't new so it's just you didn't find it. As I and scottmeup posted it is found with a simple google search or from the Garmin.com page
Ah okay. As your post saying there weren't numbers apart from US and UK was recent I assumed you were talking about a recent experience, not 3 years ago.
I trawled some old posts and realise it was a little over 4 years ago.
As I read through the posts it all came back to me. There was a support number here in OZ but my experience (back then) was so poor I'd blocked it from my memory. If I now remember correctly I was on hold for a very long time each time I called them to the point I just gave up on the support number and visited in person.
The threads reminded me I had the footpod replaced twice and the replacements had the same problems after a couple of weeks. Similarly with the chest straps. I gave up using the footpod and ended up buying a Polar chest strap which was cheaper and worked much more reliably.
Perhaps things have improved here. I hope so as I'm considering getting a Vivoactive.
