Tracking/activity not syncing from new device

I switched from a vivofit 2 to a fenix 3 yesterday (Sep 8). But Garmin Connect is not using new device, even though it's the only device attached to my account. Sync completes without error but I don't seen any activity/step/sleep data from fenix.

Tried the following:
  • Add/remove fenix 3 multiple times.
  • Add/remove vivofit 2, selecting fenix 3 as tracking device.
  • Tried manually uploading FIT file, says activity is already present.
  • Tried sync with USB, WiFi. Sync completes successfully with no error.


Seems like Garmin Connect is still using old device for tracking and activity. Is there another way to change device or force a specific device? Or can someone from tech support manually change device on my account please.
