Strava Segments - Garmin Connect - SEND TO DEVICE is not option????

My Strava segments show up on Garmin Connect. There is supposed to be a "Send to Device" option, that does not show up on either Connect of Strava.
I can't get these to my Edge 520. What am I missing?
