Problem with Segments start/end

Hi,
sometimes i have an issue with segments start or end.

For example, if i set start here:

it is saved here:

As you see, position is diferent and lenght is shorter.

As i could solve it?

It happened on some segments i created.

I have the same issue-- many segments I create show something like 2.5 miles on the create/edit screen, then 0.7 miles on the view/leaderboard screen. It is totally bizarre to see the short segment in the leaderboard and then when you edit the segment it shows something completely different.
