Unable to sync Strava segments to Garmin Connect

Hi,

I just received an Edge 520 and am trying to set up Strava Live Segments. So far I have:

1. Gone to http://garminconnect.com. In the "segments" panel there is no mention of Strava, nor is there a mention of Strava if I click the little gear icon in that panel.
2. Gone to https://www.strava.com/settings/profile and connected to Garmin there. That seems to work, and when I complete a ride on my Edge and upload it, it does automatically appear in Strava.
3. Now if I go to http://garminconnect.com segments is still empty. I have tried starring new segments in Strava, but it doesn't do anything.
4. If I go to https://connect.garmin.com/modern/account I see "Strava" listed in "Applications" with read permissions.

Apparently I should be seeing Strava segments appearing in my Connect page and then I can sync them to the edge, but I'm not even getting that far. Any ideas?

Hi buddy,

Im having the very same issue on my updated 810.....no segments .....nothing. Ive been onto Strava about this for over a week now and....guess what....squat :(

If you find our what the prob is id love to know :/

I have the exact same problem. Really frustrating, since this was one of the main reasons for buying the device after all. If this is not fixed, I will have to consider returning the device.
