Not able to syncronize

Hi
Somebody know what this error message in Garmin Express means?
I have tried syncing on different computers, and the sync cable is tested ok as well.
Choosing "Add Device" and get this, ref attachement:

    I suggest you search the forum for server not found threads. There is also an FAQ on how to overcome server not found errors.

    After some investigating in the forum i tried to master reset the unit as it seems reasonable.
    And "Vips" the unit get contact and no trouble connecting server anymore.
    Reset Master Unit was the magic wand for me!
