Saving data as a pdf

Dear Garmin

I am new to using Garmin software and HR watches and use a 910 HR monitor watch on a horse. I can connect to Garmin Connect to transfer the runs and see the result of laps the horse does. What I'd like to do is save the whole info - stats tables and satellite google map etc as a pdf - is this possible? At the moment, I snip the relevant info and graphs that I want [HR v Speed or the stats etc]

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide

  • Nothing I know of build into Garmin Connect, there's a few "Print to PDF" drivers out there for Windows.

This seems like something that should be so simple. Why is this not a standard feature? When I try to print anything, it just comes up as gobbled nonsense, and trying to print it as a PDF doesn't do anything different, still gobbled nonsense.

Why would it be a standard feature, when like a lot of ‘in the cloud’ services, Garmin Connect is designed to be used only when your phone/table/computer that is running the Garmin Connect Mobile app or web browser is connected to the Internet? Taking complete snapshots for use/presentation when you and any other audience is offline and not connected isn't what the service provider wants to support.

AS far as I know, GC allows imports of data files only in formats like .tcx, .gpx, etc, but not a PDF. Why PDF? If you want a printout of your activity, you can just print screenshots or use other ways for printing from browser.
