New Computer

I have a new computer and I've downloaded my devices, it recognizes me but none of my data is showing up. Any advice?

What devices? What do you mean by you've 'downloaded your devices'? What is this new computer? What OS? What data isn't showing up?

Unfortunately folks can only help if you explain what the problem is, remembering we're not sitting with you and watching what you're doing.
