How to import gpx routes to Garmin Connect ?

Hi,

I've just bought a 310XT and I want to upload on in gpx routes I download on a mountain bike website so that I can follow the route.

But I don't find where I upload files on Garmin connect and Garmin express.

I'm new with garmin products.

In Connect go to Activities and select Import. Note not all gpx files will import.

We support .TCX, .FIT and .GPX files.GPX files must include time information.
