Garmin Connect constantly reloading

In recent weeks my Garmin 500 has uploaded rides just fine, but I cannot study the data or edit it as it is constantly re-loading the pages. The data is transferred to Strava where I can view so has anyone any idea how I can stop the re-loading, please? A search has failed to turn anything up so far. Thanks
