Restaurants displayed on map

Got a Zumo 590lm

all restaurants are displayed on the map when I am riding and I can't figure out how to stop them being displayed.
can't see how to turn them off anywhere. On my old 660 I think you just went to POI's and ticked what you wanted displayed.
can anyone help?
