New as of two weeks ago Garmin ETP; was able to start Garmin Connect and download Garmin Express 4.1.6.0 and syunc an activity last week. Today, the ETP cannot connect to Express when plugged into the USB port - it's charging, so i know it's connected, but the Express software can't find the device. Anybody else have this issue?
