Switched from Fitbit to Fenix 3 but...

I use Fenix 3 for running and counting my steps on daily basis. When i bought Fenix 3 couple months ago, it only counted steps when I actually walked. However after some software updates now swinging your arms back and forth the watch counts it as steps without actually moving a step. This throws my daily count of steps and the miles I walk daily. I cannot depend on this watch for accuracy anymore. The reason I switched from Fitbit to Fenix 3 was due to this issue. In fitbit when you move your arms without moving your feet it counts it as steps which completely negates the whole point of using the device. Garmin please change it back to how it was, because I wear my watch all day long and do work while sitting down which involves swinging of my arms and Fenix 3 counts it as steps - so wrong.
