Withings Scale and Garmin Connect

I was looking for an ANT+ scale that would integrate with my Garmin Forerunner 225 but was disappointed with the offerings. Instead I went with a Withings Scale. Am presently surprised and happy that through MyFitnessPal the Withings measurements are automatically being uploaded to Garmin Connect - exactly what I was looking for. I'm not getting the body fat measurement but at least I can see my calorie intake, activity and weight on the Garmin Connect web site. Would be nice if Garmin/Withings would offer integration at the app level.

What is $10 a month? The free version of MyFitnessPal is enough for weight sync.

No, you don't need the paid version, just the free version

I just downloaded the app, activated and then uninstalled. Synchronization takes place on the server side and you don't even need to have the app installed

If you want your product to sell you have to integrate with withings, because your own scale is clearly not accurate...

My weight on the Index S2 is very accurate. Tested on multiple occasions and compared with my Withings scale. Was I just lucky? Also, once you've updated the scale to the latest firmware and reset your metrics based on a known good test, such as DEXA scan, it is also accurate.

I don't remember, I think yes. When my scale was broken, I bought a new one, a garmin directly, it cost the same It is now a year and more

wow 9 years ago this was requested and still not solution a decade later lol

this companies claim "its your data, we don't own it" but they do.

Why the F do I have to go through hloops with my data that I paid your device to record?

this is why I cant get into one platform regarding my health. i hate feeling hostage. Withins watches are crap compared to garmin

and farming scales are utter *** compared to withings. If we are paying each company for their hardware we should be to sync whoever we ant. At the end of the day is OUR DATA right?
