Hi. I sent my edge 500 in for a referred based on feedback from Garmin. They sent it back within days as a new unit which I was very impressed with, but now I can't get my HR to link up at all. I have replaced the battery, down the initial set-up a few times but no luck.
The unit does occasionally detect the HR of a buddy I ride with ( also edge 500) so I assume the unit works, does this mean I need a new strap?
