garmin connect not showing up to date info

I sync my vivo fit with garmin express and it shows the sync complete however when I go into garmin connect it wont show the new data,

They've screwed with acticies so I can't search where I have to work today.

There is often a delay in information appearing in reports but widgets should show immediately.
