I recently acquired a 225 having owned a 220 for quite a while. The live tracking with my Edge 1000 and 220 worked fine. I use an iPhone 5s. When starting live tracking for the edge and 225, the Bluetooth on the phone shows the connection. However, the devices has a banner message on the live tracking page that says device disconnected. If I access live tracking via the email connection there is no tracking or information except a message that says "no signal, trying to connect". I always start live tracking first before pressing start on the edge and 225. I have updated all relevant software and even tried reinstalling garmin connect.
Because it is an identical problem on both garmin devices I am assuming its the iPhone but not sure what I can do.
