How do i show Kilometers instead of miles my watch goes of and lets me know what time i have run a kil but distance itself show miles hows do i change this

Settings --> Systems --> Units

In the future you would be better off posting 920 questions in the 920 forum and not in GC forum. You will have a better chance to get an answer.
