Hi,
I just received my Garmin Swim today and installed Garmin Express right away.
I registered the product and had a message on the home page saying "you have items ready to install"
Once I click on "install all", I get the folllowing message;
"an unexpected error has occured and garmin express must close. If you continue to experience this contact Garmin customer support"
Well tried it on 3 different laptops, and still the same thing. Really frustrating thing to experience on day one.
I have checked some threads but the only recommendation is SW update which is not the solution since I just installed the latest version.
Is there anything else I can try ?
