This happened yesterday too, synced Vivosmart with connect and not showing any steps at all? Yesterday it only synced steps up to 12pm, today not showing any. Hoping this will fix itself later on as it did last night but is this a known problem?
Glad you posted, this is my first day with the vivofit2 and I'm having the same problem: it syncs, it says it synced, but it didn't update the step count (my last successful sync was, I think, 2 hours ago). So it looks like it's on their end?
Would also like to hear, if anybody knows, if this happens often and how long it usually takes to resolve itself.
When you say steps are not showing in Connect is that both in the widget and in reports? I find lately that there is a delay until reports update themselves but widgets should show right away.
The other thing that happens from time-to-time is that, if there's an issue in a sync, it might fall behind. I once had 7 files on my vivosmart to pass to Connect. It meant syncing 7 times to catch up. Fortunately, since steps are cumulative, I connected my vs to my computer and just deleted the older files for that day. Then I only had to sync the last file.
