I use a garmin edge 500 mainly for cycling and have recently started to use it for motorcycle enduro or motocross. When i take a log on the motorbike it seems to set the log as standard as a cycling event through garmin express. When i switch this over to a motorcycling activity it disappears from the calendar almost completely except for the weekly/monthly summary at the bottom of the page. Surely it should add a filter to the left of the calendar and still appear on the calendar? Am i missing something really stupid?
Lol... I just tested this thinking it was the poor UI design of most activity types being disabled by default again but no: it looks like Motorcycling isn't enable-able on calendar view at all.
I'd probably try putting it in as another type of event and requesting it as a feature, and calling garmin support because they only send you an email saying "Ur report is important to us... jklol. Call us during business hours" if you use the web support form.
