Workout Editor: how to warm up until HR reaches 130?

I'm using Garmin Connect Workout Editor to create 'Run Workout'.

I'd like to add a warm up step: 'Run until HR reaches 130'.

Simple and obvious way is to add a condition 'HR' and put 130 into it. However it does not work as expected (at least with Fenix3). It actually finishes when my HR falls below 130 (which is always true at the start), so my warm up stage ends immediately.

How do I enter condition 'HR > 130'?

PS: when I return to edit created workout, instead of 'HR > 130' is days 'Duration: 130 bpm'. Is it normal?
