I currently do run / walk intervals
following the c25k programme
I have attempted to create these sessions in my diary and then sync them to my 220
the thing is there is no "walk" option for an activity segment
i have tried "recover" but once synced all the segments of the workout (on the watch) are "run" segments
so this week I have 30seconds running followed by 30 seconds running followed by three minutes of running etc.
the question is does anyone know can one set up a "walk" segment of an activity in Garmin connect?
if so how?
