I get the above two errors anytime I try to sync vivoactive to Connect on my MacBook Pro.

same here - it just started the past 2 weeks on Fenix 3 with MacBook Air.

update connect app

i was having the same issue but once I updated the garmin connect app on the iPhone it seemed to fix it.
