Can someone please tell me how to change the default location for the start position when creating a new course through GC. For some reason mine always defaults to central London - I live nowhere near there. It's a bit tiresome having to change the location every single time I want to create a new course. Thanks.
I don't think there is any way to set a default location. Mine used to be way off too, but after a year or so it got better. Don't know if it's based strictly on where your internet provider shows the ip address being located or whether GC eventually locates it based on where the majority of your activities take place. Could be other criteria too.
Never seen a definitive statement on where that location comes from.
