doesn't work wanymore

Hi,

I can't get my garmin connect to work with my watch anymore. I plug my garmin forerunner 10 into my computer, and it doesn't recognize it.

I had taken a break from running this summer. In the spring I found that I could only get the garminconnect.com to recognize my watch when I used firefox. Now it doesn't work with any of my browsers. It says that they've updated their software and to download and also to switch to "modern view." The new software tells me that it doesn't work with my OS and to get a new OS. I tried "modern view," now I can't understand anything, this modern view is completely confusing.

I just want my simple garmin back. Used to be I would go for a run and then plug it in and it was done. Does anyone know how to simply plug my watch into my compute and have it work, like it used to?

Assuming your "simple" method was using Garmin Express, then you should ask over here....... https://forums.garmin.com/forumdisplay.php?460-Garmin-Express

If you previously where using ant agent, then maybe you should ask in the forerunner 10 forum which still appears to have a lot of activity and find out what other FR10 users are doing.
