Can Not Create Segment From Activity

Just got a 520 and used it for the first time today. Uploaded the activity to GC and tried to create a segment by clicking on the +Create a Segment.

I get the following message at the top of the Create Segment Screen "Sorry, this activity does not have GPS data to create a segment." and it hangs saying "Loading" over a map of Kansas City.

Any body got any ideas how to solve this?

    Same issue

    I'm just weighing in to say that I am having the same problem (on my Forerunner 305).
    I don't think the issue is with the devices (since it's happening on at least two different devices).

    Same with Edge

    Getting the same problem with my Edge 800 - I can create the segment in Strava but Connect simply refuses with the statement 'Sorry, this activity does not have GPS data to create a segment. 'Sorry, this activity does not have GPS data to create a segment.' I too appear to be in Kansas - but we're not in Kansas anymore Toto!
