Garmin express doesn't connect to Garmin Connect

I installed Windows 10 on my computer 2 days ago. Since then, I am unable to use my Garmin Express apps. The apps doesn't connect to Garmin Connect.

I tried to uninstall the apps, then reinstall it and I am now unable to add my Forerunner 620 on the apps (as I still have my unability to connect to Garmin Connect...).

Does anyone know how to solve it ? Is there any compatibility issue between Garmin Express and Windows 10 ?

There is a forum especially made for Garmin Express. Garmin reps actually monitor and answer post regularly there. There is some confirmation in there that there is an issue between Win10 and GE. See these threads:

I still have my issue...

HI,

I've followed carefully the post indications, and nothing has changed = I still can't register my Forerunner 620 to my Garmin Express.

The Watch is detected, no problem, but I have to connect to Garmin connect on the apps, to finish the registration, and it doesn't connect (white screen with "This operation can last one minute"...). Does anyone know what is the issue and what solution can be proposed ?
