Everything has been loading fine through Express and Ant+ into TC except I can't get 2 rides to upload. They keep getting skipped during the upload process. They also happen to be really important files, one a race and one a hard training ride.
I've done the delete Sync folder and read all of this forum https://forums.garmin.com/showthread.php?222122-Garmin-Express-sync-working-but-activities-not-uploading-to-Garmin-Connect and nothing seems to happen regarding these files.
