Oregon 600 files upload into Connect. how?

Dear All,
For a second day, I keep searching for the way how to upload logs from my oregon into Connect.
I could not solve it.
Garmin says Oregon 600 is Garmin Connect compatible.

I see that Garmin Express is not compatible with Oregon. For years, not know when will it work. Bad, but understood, so try manual. But, at the classic view, the top right upload button does not work either, it suggest Garmin Express and Connect mobile. I can't find how to upload.

So, please let me know, how can I upload log, including heart rate info into Garmin Connect.

I use my O600 for tracking all my MTB rides and upload them manually to Connect. I record my tracks as GPX/FIT and select the FIT file from the gps garmin/activity directory.
I was also expecting that FIT file would be uploaded automatically to Connect by Express as soon as I connect my device over USB, but that never worked. Manual upload however is also not a real issue. But if anybody is able to, I'm very curious.
