I was wanting to do some "geo-writing" using my Garmin 620... you know, where you run a route that spells words. But if I stop and start my Garmin to keep the letters from connecting like cursive, the routes still connect on the map from my data in Garmin Connect after I'm done running. Is there a setting or option to keep the map from connecting separate parts of a run where the Garmin is stopped? Thanks in advance.
