issues with downloading to CSV

I am trying to download my activities into excel (CSV):
1) can I download as one file and not page by page ?
2) "Time" appears in a format which distorts the view (i.e. 2/01/1900 9:57:00 AM) - I tried to work on the format in excel but without success to make all in same format.

Plus:

Average and max HR show weird numbers
Run cadence is factor 2 off (can live with that...)

I know Garmin, you have other priorities on your list - some things are just annoying for your customers.
