How can you recall an old route into a map format on a garmin 1000. We go out on rides with out people and some routes are amazing and we would like to repeat them
If you have already ridden the route and recorded it as an activity on your 1000, then you should be able to convert it to a course/route. If your 1000 can't convert it to a course, then the Garmin Connect website can. Then you just have to send it back to the device as a course. However check in your manual or ask in the edge1000 forum, as I think it will make a course from your activity without all the added bother.
Some say courses made from activities are not as accurate as ones you map out on a mapping tool..... I don't know I don't use courses at all.
