So call support at 17.25 to be told offices currently closed. office hours until 17.30. One of us can't tell the time.

I have spent about 2 hours trying to download data from my Garmin forerunner. Have tried 2 different pc's, chrome, explorer, no joy. Have managed to get it to find the device but is says no new data, there is Help what am I doing wrong?:mad:https://forums.garmin.com/images/smilies/mad.png
  • You don't quite state what it is you are actually wanting to do. "download"..... download where? Your computer? Garmin Connect website? (probably since that's where you posted) Strava? etc.

    If it is to the Garmin Connect website you want to get your data to, then you have to install Garmin Express on your computer, or possibly you might be able to use the mobile app for your smart phone.

    However if you do have Garmin Express installed and that is what's giving you the issue, then you should post in the Garmin Express forum.
