Gutted Ride 100 file wont upload _ HELP

I did London Surrey ride 100 yesterday, my file wont upload, COMPLETELY GUTTED

I have deleted all previous activities from the garmin 800 device
I have restarted my router, computor
I have checked Garmin and all up to date on the Web updates

I can see the activity on the Garmin, and that I did 98 miles but it wont open on the Garmin, or open in Garmin Connect on either Internet Explorer or Google

Haha, calm down!

The good news is that all the data is there, but it looks as though you started and stopped the device a number of times at intervals of every few hours after the event. It's added a load of junk data into your file, which I don't know how to get rid of without screwing up all the metadata and lap stats etc!

Someone more competent than me should be along shortly to help you out but fear not, the data isn't lost!

There are some users that regularly fix .fits for others. However I seldom see them in this forum. If they don't respond here soon, I'd suggest you use the edge 800 forum which is one that they frequent.
