Garmin Vivofit not syncing with computer

I have had my Vivofit for 4 1/2 months. It set up with ANT stick and I was initially able to sync with my laptop, no problems. After a few weeks it stopped, no data uploaded (although actual Vivofit was fine) then it started again after 10 days (I kept trying daily) All was OK, I went overseas and it happened again, thought I'd worry about it once I was home again with internet access. I was pleasantly surprised that the data for 3 weeks was all retained. All okay again, and then it stopped on 20th July (2 weeks ago). This is very frustrating. I try often, press SYNC, refresh the page etc etc. Any one else have similar issues? any suggestions to fix it? Thanks
