Activity not synced with Garmin Connect

I have a 910xt and it's always worked fine, done some activities at the weekend and the sync failed. Now those activities won't sync but new activities will. They are still showing on the 910xt, is there any way to get them onto Garmin Connect?

Thanks,
Dave

    Same problem...

    Hi!
I have exactly the same problem.

    Same Problem as above.

Before we go down a list of useless questions, here are the answers:

    1) I've had my 910XT for at least a couple of years, and have transferred lots of data from it. I have had this problem several times before -- not sure how it fixed itself.

    2) I have a new computer, and have downloaded Garmin Express on it.

    3) Pairing is on, and I have paired the watch with Garmin Express.

    4) After pairing, the watch went immediately to "Transferring Data."

    5) The ANT stick is pushed all the way in. The power is on.

    6) While the watch was transferring, the bar on Garmin Express was loading, but only got halfway across before it stopped and said the sync was complete.

    7) The most recent data I have on Garmin Connect is from last weekend (July 26). I should have at least 5 more activities since then.

Forgive me if I'm letting my frustration show. I'm a dedicated Garmin user, but the accumulating frustrations of dealing with this over the last several months is starting to get to me. Part of this anger comes from watching this new build of Garmin Connect, which seems to be focused more on adding toys than on functionality -- you can see you have a functionality problem if you need two different programs to download a watch. Stop trying to turn Garmin Connect into Facebook, and help me download my watch!

    Bad news

I called Garmin Support Sweden. Was told that if you have recordings like these (in the middle of others) that can not be exported, the files are corrupt and can never be restored.
