Activity Start Time Zone, 2500 Km Away From Here

One problem here from Portugal.
When I load up the data on Garmin Connect appears to world Time of Cape Verde, the correct is "Time of Western Europe."
I start my runn at 9:00 am in Sintra, Portugal, and Garmin Connect displays 06:00 am in Africa :confused::confused:
Nothing wrong with my sittings, I have "Time of Western Europe" in the options. :confused::confused:
Please fix.

Device time is correct and time zone in connect is also set to western time.

When you say time zone setting is correct, do you mean Connect mobile or on the web? They both need to be set properly.

Yes, my forerunner and GC settings are correct for time zone "(GMT) Westen European Time"

Same problem here. I'm in Lisbon and Garmin Connect (web) set to (GMT) Westen European Time.
When i sync my Forerunner 15 the time zone changes to Cape Verde only in the activity

Still not working for my Forerunner 410 and Edge 500...

Same problem here. All settings are correct on my phone, computer, devices, Connect profile...


My correct time zone is GMT -10, butt all my workouts upload as "Samoa Time" 23 hours in the future.

This happens with my Edge 520, FR620 and FR910.

It happens when I use BT/Phone transfer, ant+ stick and direct USB connection to the computer.

I think someone needs to check the time on the Garmin servers.

The time zone in settings is only for non-gps uploads to connect so it does not make any difference and I have tried.

My devices have the correct time so the problem in related to express or connect.

Stange no one is looking into this and been this a garmin forum no help from garmin support.

Although my settings are correct (in both my computers and in the Connect site) the Time Zone continues to be wrong when I upload my activities (both from my Edge 800 and my Forerunner 210). Like in the previous posts, instead of GMT time it appears Cape Verde time.
To be honest, I think this only started to happen after I made the last upgrade to my devices (via the WebUpdater).
I copy the .fit files to an archive folder (I store all my activities) and do the upload manually.
The .fit files have the correct name (date and time) and when I upload them to other sites (Strava, Ride With GPS and Endomondo) the Time Zone data is correct.
I've even tried to compensate for the erroneous time data by changing to another time zone but it still didn't work.
In fact, although I change the Time Zone settings in the site, they never really change.
I don't know what else to do besides manually setting the activity time...
