Does anyone know how the "Breakdown" calculates % Highly active, % active, % sedentary and % sleeping?
I have been recording the output for a couple months and the % "Highly active" only ranges from 2-4%, including days where I'm full speed biking for 2 hours (8% alone).
I do not use a heart rate monitor connected to my VivoSmart (can't get it to connect) but do use a chest strap/watch and record the average/maximum heart rate manually within garmin connect.
