Vivofit Sync Issue

Vivofit hasn't successfully synced in 3 days....how do I resolve this issue? Please help, anybody.

    Syncing with Garmin app on your smartphone? Have you ensured Bluetooth is on? Tried closing/exiting the app and reopening? Turn your phone off and back on again?
