I first got my Vivofit in early spring. I was able to get everything up and running with my laptop right away. It would sync and transfer steps data, etc. at the end of each day. Out of the blue maybe 3 months ago, I press SYNC, it acts like it's loading, but there's nothing saved in my connect page like before. The counter seems to still be working accurately, and it resets during the night like it always has, but this is frustrating that I can't track progress--one of the main reasons I bought the darn thing! I had to try a different laptop even, as mine fried out. Same situation on the different laptop. Can't use with my Windows Phone, so laptop is how I need to work with it. Can anyone help me, please?
ps: I just tried it in hubby's laptop, too. Doesn't work there either. Is it possible that when my laptop started breaking down, I fried the ANT stick?
