Directional Arrows on Custom Course

I love my new Fenix 2, and my feature request would be useful while trail running or cycling. I've created a custom course and can follow it during my run, but i would love to be able to put a directional arrow at forks in the trail. Since the "breadcrumb trail" on the device only shows where your course goes, sometimes forks in the trail aren't easy to determine which way to go. Thanks!

I have a 920XT and I love the watch. I've been able to convince my fellow runners to buy it and they all bought it (about 6 of them.) One of the big issue is the ability to download courses to the watch. We have different coaches for running and biking and several folks getting trained. Our coach either sends the running routs on MapMyrun.com or biking routs on ridewithgps.com . We need to be able to directly import these routes to the Garmin 920xt and run them so it will give us a turn-by-turn directions.

So far we tried to export the gpx file and place it in the NEWFILES folder and no luck. We have even tried to use the connect.garmin.com and use the 'import' feature within the custom activity section so we can make this as a course and it fails there too.

If we have to re-create the route within the connect.garmin.com, it is a lot of work and also it still does not give me the turn-by-turn directions, it only shows an Arrow on the map (on the watch) that I should be following. This is extremely difficult especially when we run early in the morning and when it's dark. This is extremely frustrating, especially the turn-by-turn directions used to exist in the previous models and served extremely well.

The last thing Garmin wants is to have runners look at the map on their watch and fall of a curb or get hit by a vehicle and get ready for a law suit. This is an important feature and garmin should make it easy for folks to download courses and run/ride them seemlessly. Please consider this feature a critical one before you start fixing minor bugs such as sync issues etc,., you will see a huge adoption to Garmin over competition.
