Hi there. I wonder if you can help. I have done a quick search online but not come up with anything useful, so I thought best ask the experts.
I have mapped a whole 3week tour through France using Garmin Basecamp. I have exported each days ride as GPX and they open perfectly in Google Earth amazing. I thought I would try and upload them in to Garmin Connect this evening, but it keeps giving me an error. I even tired exporting them from Basecamp as TCX in case that helped, but no joy. I have not tried putting them on to my Garmin Edge800 yet, I am worried now incase I have wasted months and months of routing for nothing. Can anyone help or give some advice?
One more question, apart from Google Earth, is there another application I can upload my maps in to so I can clearly see the elevation on the hills and mountains. (I see on google earth I can change the settings to make hills bigger, but just wondered if anyone has used anything better, a bit like when they show the graphics for the stages of Le Tour de France.)
