Monterra camera photo storage folder

This question was asked last year but the thread was closed without a proper answer. Hope there is more info now.

On my Android phone in the camera settings there is an option to specify where the photos are placed. I find no such option on my brand new the Monterra. Seems there must be a way to make the camera save to the external SD card. What is it?
