New software not user friendly - single activity upload?

The new software did not upload the last 5 activities, even though connect said it synched correctly, tried it on my laptop, and imac. No joy.
I can't see any way of identifying a single activity on my watch and then uploading it as you could with the old style web page. It used to be simple to just check a box and select the activity to import.
not liking the new software at all. User unfriendly, unreliable, and no obvious way to fix un-synched activities.
