Issue with sync from Garmin Connect to Strava

Hi there,

Since earlier this week, my rides are no longer syncing with Strava. Has anyone else experienced this?

When I look in Strava (click the upload page) it says the following:
"Date of most recent activity: Jul 16, 2015, 7:05:43 PM"

...but in fact, I've done at least one ride since then.

In the end, I downloaded the fit file from GC and uploaded manually to Connect, but I'd be interested to know if anyone else is having issues before I wade in to try to fix it.

I haven't had any issues with the link to Strava at all. Check on the Strava profile page that the connection is still there and that Strava appears on your connect settings.

yes this just happened to me

My ride from tonight isn't synching and strava shows last ride was yesterday. Something seems to be broke.

I came to see if anyone else is having the same issue. My runs from yesterday sync'd but today's rides haven't. Glad to know I'm not the only one.

GC to Strava

My Garmin Connect Ride Data is not syncing to Strava either. (Not sure if it is related to 4.10 update I applied earlier today. Was looking forward to Live Segments !

I checked the Garmin Connect Social Connection and it was still connected. Tried cancelling it and re-connecting and now it wont connect to Strava.

Tried all the other Strava Social connectors like facebook / twitter and they connect fine.

Just wondering if there is something wrong with the Garmin / Strava Auth ?

GC to Strava

Same issue. Any resolve yet?
Mine won't allow me to even get to the sign in page from strava to connect to Garmin express/connect (get started with Garmin page)

Issues with syncing almost always involve Garmin Express. You should be posting in the Garmin Express forum.

It's not the sync from Express or mobile app to Garmin.

The Problem is the sync from Garmin to Strava!

I am guessing there is a new glitch. My ride is not showing up on Strava either.

I'm not having any issues at all with this. In fact, I've setup Strava as a custom notification. Once the activity is transferred to Strava, I get a notification on my vivosmart that my run is ready. I haven't missed 1 transfer and I typically do at least 10 a week.

Thinking back, about 6 months ago, there were issues with servers in certain geographic areas. That's ancient history but I remember that I had to use a VPN to Singapore in order just to sync.
