Problems With Groups On Garmin Connect

I have created my second group on Garmin Connect a few months ago. My first one is working perfect, but this second one doesn't show any information on smart phones of the people registered on the group. Since then, I've been trying creating more groups and the problem persists.

Does any one know How can I solve this issue ?
