Multiple Devices: Garmin to MyFitnessPal to Fitbit?

I have a garmin vivosmart and a fitbit flex, also a myfitnesspal account. I know I can send the steps from both activity trackers to myfitnesspal. I use the garmin during the week and the flex during the weekends. I want to transfer my step progress from one device to other account? Is is possible.
